Well-managed building, quiet street and neighbors

Pros:
Everything in the apartment was in good condition when I moved in. I haven't had to deal with the management much in terms of repairs but the few times I've had to, they've been responsive. The halls are clean too. I don't hear my neighbors often too.
Cons:
The brick wall is flaking so there's a slow buildup from that that I usually have to clean up.
