Avoid this terribly managed building!
Pros
Location in Chelsea. Decent sized apartment
Cons
Terribly managed building. Hallways and stairs are dirty, smell like trash and falling apart. Across the street from police precinct which means noise at all hours and you cant walk on the sidewalks because police park on them. Whole building is infested with roaches. Neighbors are all grumpy elderly people who complain about literally everything and border on harassment. Don’t take this apartment unless you’re into roaches, smells and rotten neighbors.
Advice to the owners
Do your job, and be nicer.
