Nice Building, Terrbile property manager
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is nice, quiet, good communal patio out back
Cons:
The property agent, Rose Realty, who are responsible for the building may be the worst property manager in NYC. Multiple tenants have complained about their inability to do even the most basic of tasks. Lease dates are wrong, impossible to contact (both by mail and telephone), and extremely rude staff make this building almost unlivable as a result of them.
Advice to owner:
Please change property managers immediately, numerous tenants are contemplating moving out purely because of the inability to contact Rose Realty for the most basic of tasks.
