    Great, no frills place
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Accessibility, good natural light in the front units, updated finishes, responsive super, felt safe,
    Cons:
    Water pressure is pretty low, it's on 7th Ave so noise can come and go (there's an ER 10ish blocks south so sometimes would get ambulances and also the pedi cabs coming from broadway shows), no laundry but it's literally above a laundromat which was fine (laundromat is kind of expensive)
