    Possible to make this tiny apartment comfortable... but at a price

    Pros:
    Location is incredible, and there is a washer/dryer room in the building!
    Cons:
    So many bugs. So many. And living in a such a tiny apartment... it's harder to ignore/not be impacted by the thought of them. The building maintenance person does their best - honestly I think it's just poor management.

    Close to Whole Foods and Trader’s Joe, and multiple subway stations.
    Cons:
    -Some vacant rooms are under the construction. -The management company is slow or don’t respond to an email.
