    Renovated apartment but cockroach issue

    Didn’t like that there was no physical key to get into the apartment, it’s all on your phone which is fine except when your phone is out of battery…

    Pros:
    Super has changed while living here, but both have been good. Responsive and usually come to fix things within the same day. Landlord can sometimes be hard to get a hold of, but generally good communication. Not a fun process to work through the renewal after one year, as they jacked up the rent an insane amount and would not negotiate.
    Cons:
    Our washing machine broke and it took over two weeks to get a replacement. There was a miscommunication with home depot and they ended up leaving the new washer sitting in our living room for a week. Had to bug the landlord to get it installed.

    Great location, washer dryer in unit. Affordable rent
    Cons:
    I lived there for 16 months and they fired the super my first month without notifying us or finding a replacement throughout my tenure Small unit, one closet

    Great location, great super
    Cons:
    Tried to update an old building with cheap materials. The building has an exterminator come once a month but have seen multiple cockroaches in unit and common spaces in the 3 months I’ve lived here
