Clean. Kind neighbors. Beautiful sunlight. Good layouts.
Cons:
Slow to act on things like broken windows.

Pros:
Cute building, great neighbors and super, close to a Walgreens and subway station
Cons:
There are water bugs in the lower apartments, not a great spot for a good supermarket or deli with a vast array of necessities. At night, 6th gets very dicey. There are often issues with people staying in the walkway and police are called every two months or so because of it to remove them.
