Gross, old building, annoying broker
Pros
Location. Close to subway.
Cons
Mice everywhere. Will bring exterminators who do nothing and can't source the problem because it is a building wide problem. Pigeons live in the walls also. Heat breaks in the entire building when you use the fireplaces that they advertise as working fireplaces. The boiler flue is shared with the fireplace flue and the smoke will block the steam from the boiler so the boiler shuts off so no one gets monoxide poisoning. They won't tell you this at move in. No roof access while roof access is advertised. Stairwell literally falling apart.
Advice to the owners
Ditch Barran he is useless.
