The people working there, including the super and doormen, are truly fantastic and so nice. Neighbors are respectful of noise levels and street noise is kept at a minimum.
The property owner is an enormous pain. $400 rent increases each year. Don’t respond to emails. Truly care less if people move out.
Try harder to keep good tenants. Giving a little bit goes a long way.
Unit was relatively affordable, doormen super and porters are responsive and kind, and location is amazing
Sometimes it is hard to get in touch with management about renewals and stuff like that. We also had some roach problems but you can sign up for free weekly exterminator spray
Rodents, pest, mold, inadequate heat or hot water, defective building parts
