    Mgmt company is reasonably responsive / accommodating
    Cons:
    We had mice issue due to construction
    Advice to owner:
    Listen to tenants when they say there is a ceiling issue

    Location, super is nice.
    Cons:
    Cockroaches, dirty stairwells, stolen packages, super loud construction right next door (demolition and large-scale build of condo)
    Advice to owner:
    Pest control!!
