    nice, renovated, good location near the ACE
    Cons:
    tiny, landlord did not fully return deposit

    We love the space, the neighborhood, the app payments. Mainly very responsive management and submitting issues on the app is very easy or calling their office.
    Cons:
    The laundry in basement hardly works and is pricey.

    5th floor walkup, garbage/laundry in basement, small living space, 1 bathroom

    Cons:
    Our electricity has gone out on two separate occasions and it took them a day to send someone over to fix it.
