-Kitchen facilities -Floor flooded once -Roaches
Quiet building near central park. Easy to move in and out.
Not close to laundry and the laundry in the basement is slow and dirty.
I would the apartment to be cleaned better when we moved in. It was still dirty from previous tenants..
