pretty decent spot - good value for what you pay

Pros:
Convenient and accessible is number 1. Every night the waste bins get cleared out which keeps pests away. Doormen on rotation are friendly and keep the lobby clean. packages get delivered to your door!
Cons:
Management is ok at response times. Took 1.5 weeks for them to change a toilet which resulted in not being able to use the bathroom for a while.
