Nice building terrible management

Pros:
Amenities are nice, laundry on every floor is quite convenient vs having to go down to a basement to do it. Front desk and super are helpful and nice
Cons:
Management is honestly awful to deal with, you have to email/call several times before you get an answer. Basically just stonewalls you. Outside noise is on the louder side given that you're on one of the main streets/corner of it
