    High-end price but everything you need

    -Gym is pretty well-equipped
    -Surprisingly quiet if courtyard-facing despite being right next to 6th Ave
    -Didn't have any major issues but felt like things would've been quickly taken care of

    -Bit expensive for what it is, can likely find similar for a little less
