Best NYC building

Pros:
The building is truly a community. Very clean, great location. I loved living here.
Cons:
Such a minor con, but you could not get down to the basement to take out trash or do laundry after a certain time.

Lovely building to live in

Pros:
This has been a wonderful building to live in. Very quiet in the rear facing apartments and the building is always clean, the basement is impeccable and the super is extremely helpful and responsive
