    Incredible super/doormen/building staff

    Pros:
    The building staff are absolutely amazing. I have lived here four years and they feel like family. Everything is run amazingly, super is THE BEST - always reachable and immediately solves problems.
    Cons:
    Construction outside for years has been tiresome (not the buildings fault). That is what you get for living on 5th Ave, though. Also the building management is horrible. Super mean and unhelpful people, have never had a good experience with their office. Truly the opposite of the amazing building staff.
