Management Company AJ Clarke are terrible

Pros

Great water pressure, outdoor space, great location, right above a laundromat with lovely people.

Cons

The management company is as bad as it gets. Unresponsive, combative, and very disorganized. The realtor they use is a terrible human as well. Once we signed for our apartment he told us that the air conditioners weren’t included but I could give him $300 in cash to keep them. I told him I would get my own and that was that.

Advice to the owners

I would suggest using a different property manager. There are so many better ones in the city!
