    Rent stabilized Spacious for a studio Quiet neighbors

    Lack of sunlight in back of building apartments

    Location is nice and you get good value for your $$$

    RENT CONTROLLED!! Walking distance to many subways. Good price. Close to Fairway supermarket. Madison sq park is cute.
    Cons:
    Super is weird. See a couple roaches in the summer but they have pest control if you bug management.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a better super. Clean common areas
