Great Renovated Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is a walk up and not super clean but apt itself is really nice. Space wise it is really decent and all the furnishings are renovated with ceiling lights. Great area, right in ktown
Cons:
Doesn't get the most sun but I don't mind.

Good bang for your buck
Former Tenant
Pros:
All Studios, located right on top of Five Senses in Ktown (32nd St) - entry walkup is a bit dirty but the studios themselves are quite large and cheap. Owner is korean and doesn't speak much english so you'll liaise typically with your broker but all requests and communication has been great so far.
Cons:
Because the distance within studios is quite small, sometimes you can run into noise issues, esp if your neighbor has friends over etc. Entry way looks a bit dirty as the garbage stuff is right next to the door. With that said the relatively lower costs make up for it
Advice to owner:
Wish you could allow tenants to use venmo or paypal to pay rent as only giving the option of paying via paper checks is a bit outdated and inefficient
