Close to train stations Building has decent amenities

Cons

Amenities are outdated Has pest problems Building has been under renovation for years. Units are old, but still over priced. The ones that are “renovated” are cheaply and quickly done. It’s not actual luxury. Area is almost as bad as time square

Advice to the owners

Stop the half-ass band-aid renovations with laminate tiles and crown molding that has cracks in it. Actually invest in the building and stop trying to make a quick buck. Maybe ppl would want to stay longer and pay more?
