Cons

Heat is pretty bad during the winter and I’m cold all the time. Had a bad roach problem in year 1 and 2, but did not see a single roach in the apartment for year 3.

Pros

Been here almost 9 years have never really had an issue or if we have its fixed right away. Central heat and AC, constantly making updates to the building
