Pros:
I had an apartment facing South (36th st) tucked into the short end of this L shaped building on the 17th floor. The soundproof windows were great, no pests, no complaints
Cons:
The water was GROSS. It has so many minerals the tub was always coppery, there is mold and I needed to get an air purifier
