Management and people are great
Building is a little run down
Continue to invest to upgrade things
The building is in a great location with lots to do around. It is always clean and the trash is emptied daily. There are tons of washers/dryers in the building basement so you never have to wait for a turn to do laundry. Overall a great place to live.
It is in a busier area, so it is louder.
