Good Place on 5th Avenue

Pros:
Strong Heater but obviously a pre war building so you have to keep your windows open
Laundry in building
Cons:
Elevator sometimes doesn’t work and seems very old

Cheap, location is solid, not too noisy. No crime
Cons:
Gross gross gross. Not well maintained. Not safe or secure entry at all
