Pretty, but would proceed with caution
Pros
The apartments are modern, and the building was constructed recently. The roof in the summer is very nice. While the gym is small, it is convenient. The building is overall clean.
Cons
The management company is not reliable leading to a lot of unproductive back and forth (managed by JC Dwight- look at their Google Reviews for more info), and packages are frequently stolen (there is no doorman and despite having a package/mail room, the packages are left in the front unattended when the super/porters are not there). The walls between the apartments are quite thin- you will hear your neighbors coughing, watching tv or being intimate.
Advice to the owners
Priority should be to have a better running management team.
