Nice for the Neighborhood
Pros
Everything is conveniently close: subway, groceries, hardware stores, convenience, food, you name it! My unit is a pretty good size, has tons of natural light, a spacious bathroom, AC/heat (not the window units), a good closet, W/D in unit, dishwasher (I don't use it but people normally wants to have one), sturdy windows with great insulation, a balcony, decent view, and it's located in a modern building with an elevator. Cold water is included in the rent.
Cons
The neighborhood is not that pretty, the Super only comes twice a week, so it gets dirty, and there are roaches. The management is slow to reply. Water pressure in the shower could be better, but it is not that bad.
Advice to the owners
More responsiveness and an everyday super. Be for active fighting roaches.
