Great Location, Terrible People

Pros:
The location and my unit are amazing.
Cons:
Building Manager is nasty and incompetent. Super does the basics, but not super on top of things. Board is happy with the status quo. Staff is great.
Advice to owner:
Rent or buy anywhere else, unless you have a lot of money to burn.

Pros:
I loved this building!! It really felt like home. The super was wonderful and quick to come fix anything that would happen. My apartment was great so much natural light and new finishes. It was perfect for me.
Cons:
In the winter there was def a big draft that came in from the windows which made the apt rlly cold. Some roaches in hallways in summer
