Nice neighbors, awful building.
Pros
The location is nice and the neighbors are very friendly
Cons
This building has a terrible mouse problem. It seems to only be a few apartments but I caught 10+ in my 8ish months here. The garbage situation outside of the building is also awful. The water boiler is incredibly old and the pipes make very loud banging noises all night.
Advice to the owners
You should hire a better exterminator and take some time to look through the pipe situation in the building. The mouse problem is rampant.
