Renters approve of the building's owners
Super, porters, and doorman are extremely friendly and very responsive
Plumbing is definitely an issue atleast on my floor. Our toilet overflows atleast once every few weeks. AC does not cover the whole office space.
Overall well kept however there are issues with AC and bathrooms
