Great time living there

Pros:
Great property, really sound proof, very clean. Doormen are great and mgmt is responsive
Cons:
Had an ongoing roach issue (find a roach every few months), mgmt would bring in an exterminator, but think it's just an old building

Pros:
The apartments are huge and the finishes are higher end than most rentals. Great kitchen. The staff is really nice.
Cons:
I was a low floor and it's pretty noisy with the traffic. The old windows just aren't great for sound.
Advice to owner:
Replace the windows.

Pros:
Location. Staff on point. Units bigger than other comparables.
Cons:
Postal carrier clearly knows he can’t get fired, so if it’s important, have it left at desk. Some of my neighbors are pretty entitled and horrible in terms of etiquette.
Advice to owner:
Screen tenants better.
