Great location, not the greatest management

Pros:
Good location for all NyC
Cons:
Management would turn off fire alarms and water sprinklers because they weren’t up to code. Lots of staff turnover. Elevators weee always broken. Was stuck in one for 4 hours and the call button was broken.
Advice to owner:
Maybe get a new management team. Get new elevators so they stop getting stuck
