This building is a piece of heaven amidst the NYC jungle. It’s a walk-up, but it’s very well managed. Everything is clean, and any issues are promptly addressed by the super. They even schedule pest control once a month for preventive measures. Security is top-notch with a two-door entry and cameras. Located on a quiet street yet close to all amenities, it offers the best of both worlds. The neighbors are calm, and the landlords are responsive and always willing to help. The heating is excellent in the winter, and the unit has air conditioning that can be used in both summer and winter. Despite daily use, the CondED bill is reasonable, around $70 in the summer. The basement laundry is clean, and the water pressure is great, even on the fourth floor. This building truly has it all!

Nothing. I had a minor issue with hot water and it was solved in 48H.
