Pros:
Great super, good building amenities, well kept shared environments. Rooms are very nice and spacious
Cons:
Surrounding area is biggest con given dirtiness, homelessness issue, and constant ambient train/street/sirens noise. Some residents don’t care for the space as much as others

Great experience overall

Pros:
During my time the building was very quiet, I rarely ever heard anyone through our walls. However, anyone walking past your door could hear you whisper in your unit. The views on the roof top were nice and the amenities never felt over crowded.
Cons:
I really did not like how you could hear every word someone was saying through their door. I also feel there could have been an extra elevator for the amount of floors they have. I feel like one elevator is always down so sometimes you will be be waiting 5 minutes + for an elevator.
