Lovely co-op in Gramercy

Pros:
Great super, great location. Beautiful little building and friendly neighbors
Cons:
Units themselves are quiet but the street can be very loud. Some issues with the shelter next door and Irving Plaza across the street. Also some issues with package thieves
Advice to owner:
Better cameras for the mail room area and minimizing the time scaffolding stays up.
