Perfect location, overpriced units.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is perfect. Great resturants and bars in the neighborhoods. Close to the L/4/5/6/N/Q/R/W subways, Union Square Farmers Market, Trader Joes, Whole Foods.
Aside from typical street noise, the building isn't noisy and the walls are thick enough to not hear your neighbors.
Cons:
The units are ridiculously small and overpriced. My unit did not have an in-unit washer/dryer and I still paid more in rent than the other units who have it. The price history of the units on Streeteasy are false. The broker for this building is the worst.
Landlord/super are just fine to work with. They aren't as responsive as they could be, but eventually they do fix things. Communication is fine, isn't great.
Garbage bins are right outside of the unit. Garbage gets collected weekly, but sometimes the entire hallway smells like garbage. Halls aren't as clean as they could be.
