    Good location but roach issue when I lived there

    Pros:
    Can't beat the location. Has w/d in unit, is nicely renovated.
    Cons:
    Roaches from the restaurant below. Owner/super are okay. Broker was very disrespectful.

    Can’t hear neighbors, exterminator comes regularly, trash is picked up regularly, responsive super and landlord
    Cons:
    Often don’t have heat or hot water for short periods of time, mold in some places
