Gotta love The Globe!

Pros

Downstairs neighbors are helpful, friendly, and kind. Landlord is very communicative over email re: notices and trash collection instructions, etc.

Cons

Landlord let herself and others into my apartment with no notice and then tried to gaslight me about it-- I was home getting ready for work and they scared the shit out of me. Other than that, our interactions were fine and she's usually very communicative. Exterminator comes monthly, but I used to count how many weeks a dead roach would stay on the stairs. Not the cleanest common area.
