    Amazing size bedrooms, W/D in unit, nice neighborhood and neighbors!!

    Elevators usually broken, packages can be stolen, have seen cockroaches and mice ONLY IN BASEMENT the tap water is awful. tastes disgusting

    Pros:
    Trash was taken out on time, apartment was for the most part quiet though in the summer first floor tenants threw loud parties sometimes.
    Cons:
    Heat/hot water turned off many times throughout the lease without warning, after emailing would just receive notice that they're looking into it. Radiators would emit banging noises constantly through the night, never fixed by management. Lobby was sometimes dirty with solo cups/beer cans.
    Advice to owner:
    Please fix your radiators, and give better estimates on when heat/hot water are going to be down and how long it'll take to fix.
