Pros:
Good location with proximity to Madison Sq Park and subway on 23rd.
Cons:
Dirty lobby with packages getting stolen. The water tank got restored and our water tasted strange for months. Lived there for two years and saw 1 mouse in the basement, which I guess is par for the course.
