Garbage kept in lobby and stinks. Only 1 washer/dryer.

Great location--right across from a bus stop and near many restaurants. Nice neighbors. Good.
Cons:
Common areas appear swept but not mopped or cleaned with soap and water. Very dark units. Roaches are hard to control.
