    Elevator breaks a lot

    Price was ok when I lived there.
    Cons:
    Elevator breaks a lot and packages would get stolen a lot.

    Nice location, decent apartment

    Location is great. Elevator is well maintained. Trash maintenance is great. Owner responds to issues
    Cons:
    Apartment is kind of small and old, hallways are clean but not sparkling. Heat can fluctuate in the winter
