Pros:
Good location, clean, super and doorman (at the time) were great guys. Super (Zev) was awesome. Never had any major issues or complaints
Cons:
Not much, never really had issues. Saw a roach probably twice over the 2 years I lived there

Not the newest Can hear into apartments very easily from hallway
