Three unit building where you heard the other units but not enough for it to be annoying. Appliances were pretty new and management was pretty responsive when we had issues. The Unit itself was 3,000 sq. ft. and awesome for our group and hosting friends.
Cons:
Management made us pay to take down the previous tenant's flex walls, and then made us pay again to take down our own.. they were not amenable on this and made us pay unnecessary money. While in the lease, they also made us leave 2 days before the end of our lease because our lease ended on a weekend.. Would suggest negotiating your lease to end on a business day for this reason, or once again you will be paying unnecessary money to a landlord who is not flexible.
Advice to owner:
Be flexible on move out date when you have easy tenants.
