Decent price, but everything constantly breaks and doesn't work int he building and the management refuses to acknowledge or fix it.
This building is in an excellent location, although the building itself isn't great. The management is extremely poor.
Be honest with your tenants, give them fair respect and decency and fix issues that occur instead of cheaping out.
- Great location - Pretty affordable price - Kitchen and bathroom is separate from the studio area - Maintenance staff are very nice
- Walls and ceilings are thin. Very thin. I grew too annoyed being able to hear every keystroke the upstairs neighbor hit on his keyboard. Every chair drag. Every step. It's like there isn't even a ceiling it's so loud. - Tenants don't respect quiet time, all the neighbors on my floor would be blasting TV/music very loudly, even at late hours of the night. I can often hear the unit ACROSS THE HALL's TV playing INSIDE of my unit. And the neighbor beside me? Yeah paper thin walls. - In the summer, there are always swarms of flies/flying bugs in front of the front door. They've tried eliminating them but they keep coming back
