    Very convenient location and well managed building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    It’s a very convenient location. 6 line is on the same block, you can walk to both Grand Central and Penn Station. The midtown tunnel is close, so the airport access is easy as well.
    The building is well run.
    Staff are professional and helpful.
    People lives here are mature, and you have great neighbors respect others.
    Cons:
    I can’t really think of.
