Great place Love it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Owned by Heritage Apts. I really liked it
Cons:
None really, maybe packages are hard sometimes

Clean, conveniently located, very large studio with all the essentials
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fully furnished, once a month cleaning service, fresh towels, sheets, linens changed during that cleaning. Responsive sup who is helpful and communicative. Large open studio. Short term leases can be friendly depending on your situation.
Cons:
You must pay the ENTIRE rent up front. For example, 6 months of your rent all up front before you even move your stuff in, in addition to one month's security deposit. I just found out that they had "booked" my unit in advance without offering me the chance to extend my own lease. Also a fourth floor walk up w/o an elevator.
Advice to owner:
Communicate to your tenants when there is interest in a unit, so they can have first priority of staying longer or not. I was a tenant at Heritage Apartments in both Soho and Murray Hill for almost 2 years and this is how they operate.
