Pros:
Application process was fast and easy, flexible landlord, technically cheap, good broker
Cons:
Very old and very poor management. The apartments are basically falling apart and they don't maintain the building very well.
Advice to owner:
Upkeep the building and actually invest in it

Non responsive management, quiet building

Pros:
Quiet neighbors & I feel safe as a female living by herself
Cons:
I lost my mail key and was legit told to try and catch the mailman. My AC also broke and when I tried to ask for the landlord’s phone number, my property manager said they didn’t have the number.
Advice to owner:
Make time to make sure all your tenants are cared for.
