Good staff but not properly managed

Noisy neighbours Old building that is not properly managed. Trash is not being collected No super in the building Response time is very slow No proper heat in the winter
Advice to the owners
Renovation of the building And hire a super Response time has to be better

The super is super nice and responsible. He does a great job of keep the building tidy.
Cons
Super thin walls!!! I can hear my neighbors cough! Open drawers! And I have a neighbor above me that has cement blocks in his feet and stomps so hard he wakes me up! FYI I’m born and raised in Brooklyn, these walls are paper thin! Also there’s a bigger building transformer that hums all day.
Advice to the owners
Not sure but talk to contractor to see what solutions they offer. The noise is intolerable!
