Pros:
In a quiet area in midtown. Close to grand central. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons:
Building used to be an old hotel so some appliances and fixtures are dated.

Good starter apartment

Pros:
The doormen are the best. They're kind and friendly and will look out for the tenants. Maintenance is extremely responsive. Never had an issue with laundry.
Cons:
Not much to complain about, the units could be a bit more updated and sometimes there's only mini fridges in the kitchen. Larger fridges are more of a first come first serve basis.
