    Pros:
    Frankie is the best.
    Cons:
    Do not rent 6A or 6B. The individual landlord is abusive and harassed me after I lived there. The move out process was horrible. She accused me of causing damage and filed a fraudulent claim with my renter's insurance (which was promptly denied). The building management said they couldn't do anything about her behavior.
    Advice to owner:
    Address the behavior of your co-op owners.
