Building maintenance issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are beautiful.
Cons:
The elevator has been broken since July ‘24, and virtually no effort has been made to fix it. It took months to get water damage fixed, and it wasn’t fixed properly.
Advice to owner:
Fix the elevator
